Rockies’ Antonio Senzatela leaves game after two innings with injury – The Denver Post

Rockies right-hander Antonio Senzatela left Monday night’s game against San Francisco before the third inning due to an injury.

Senzatela, who shut out the Giants for two innings while striking out three, was warming up when he showed discomfort on the mound. Manager Bud Black and the team coaches quickly came to the mound to check on the right-hander.

Senzatela then left the game and was replaced by left-hander Ty Blach, who gave up a first homer to Curt Casali. Senzatela entered the game with a 2-2 record and a 4.88 ERA.

There was no immediate report from the Rockies on the injury.
