Once the friends, President Donald Trump and the owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, were both expected at the Super Bowl Lix in New Orleans on Sunday.
A meeting, however, may be out of the question because Kraft, 83, admits that he has not spoken to Trump of 78 years since the president’s supporters infiltrated the congress on January 6, 2021.
“I was very upset (with) what happened on January 6,” Kraft told Fox News. “And I haven’t talked to (Trump) since.”
The billionaire director general of the Kraft group and longtime democrat has not developed its response.
The remarried widower remembered a touching phone call he had received from Trump when Kraft’s first woman, Myra, died of ovarian cancer in 2011.
“Donald Trump became a social friend in the early 90s, while I was going down to Florida,” Kraft said. “And then when my wife … died 13 years ago, he was one of the four or five people who contacted me and were really, really nice.

Kraft was so moved by the gesture that he then donated $ 1 million to the first inaugural fund of Trump, which raised a record of $ 107 million in January 2017. However, Kraft does not seem to make a donation The inaugural fund of this year, although Trump still has managed to raise a new record of $ 170 million anyway.
Now, however, Kraft returns to his gift with a certain perplexity.
“The only gift I never made to him is that he called me when he was elected, and I made a strong donation to his inauguration. I couldn’t believe it, “he told Fox. “It was as if someone who was a drunk brother of brotherhood becomes president of the United States.”
As for Tom Brady, a single golf boyfriend from Trump, Kraft remained favorable to the foray for the legend of patriots in the advertiser’s stand.
Brady faced criticism during the first season of his 10 -year agreement of $ 375 million with Fox Sports, but Kraft remains favorable to his friend and former employee.
“I think the way he presented the nuances of the game, the things that fans would never see, is really special and unique, and Fox was brilliant to attract him,” said Kraft.

Although Kraft did not articulate his specific grievances with Trump on January 6, the 47th president faced considerable criticism on the 221 riot and his management of the convicted participants.
Trump began his second term with radical pardons to the more than 1,500 people accused for the effort sentenced to cancel the 2020 presidential election, including those arrested for violent attacks on police. More than 100 police officers were injured that day and a Trump supporter, Ashli Babbitt, was shot by the authorities.
Since their prison release, some defendants of January 6 have threatened the authorities who worked to condemn them.
“We will never forget, we will never forgive. You cannot get rid of us ” wrote a chapter of California from From Frong Boys on social networks.
Enrique Tarrio, the former boys’ leader of strong boys, the 22 -year -old conviction for accusations of seditious conspiracy were abandoned by Trump, threatened prison sentence for prosecutors in a recent interview with Alex Jones.
“The people who did this, they need to feel the heat,” said Tarrio. “We have to find and put them behind bars for what they did.
