Rob Schneider’s ‘Crude and Vulgar’ Comedy Reportedly Disrupted at GOP Event

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider reportedly caused a stir at a Republican event late last year with an offensive comedy that prompted a Republican senator to withdraw.

According to Politico, the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member’s performance was interrupted by the host of the event, which was a holiday gala for a Republican networking group. The organizer of the event, the Senate Working Group, later apologized.

Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) was so offended she walked out; a spokesperson for the senator told Politico that the entire thing was “crude and vulgar.”

Among the inappropriate jokes, some were aimed at Asians, including one about “Korean brothels”.

Attendees, including more than 40 Senate chiefs of staff, received an email apology the next day for “the entertainment of last night’s program,” Politico reported.

Schneider lashed out after the report was released Monday and claimed he had completed his entire series.

“I will not change my material and I will not apologize for my jokes to anyone. Enough with this woke bullshit, America is fed up,” he told TMZ. “I did 50 minutes because that’s what I was paid to do. No one took me off stage, someone waved me off after 50 minutes.

The comedian has expressed increasingly extreme views over the years, including anti-vaccine sentiments.

Last year, he spoke out in favor of independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and released a stand-up special on Fox Nation called “Rob Schneider: Woke Up in America,” which included jokes transphobic and misogynistic, according to Rolling. Rock.
