The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” inmate is now scheduled to be released from the Bryan federal prison camp in Texas on Nov. 3, 2026, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ inmate database.

In July 2022, the 51-year-old pleaded guilty to defrauding thousands of people – including the elderly and vulnerable – through a nationwide telemarketing scheme that lasted ten years.
Shah – who initially pleaded not guilty – apologized for her actions and admitted to the crimes in court.
