An update on the status of WWE Wrestlemania 41 of Rey Mysterio following his injury suffered during the show Smackdown last night.
Rey Mysterio was announced for a match against the newcomer El Grande Americano for Wrestlemania 41 Night One tonight, but the status of this match is now in the air.
Smackdown last night, Rey teams up with Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee against American Made, but Rey apparently suffered an injury during the match.
Rey spent most of the time being checked by doctors during the match, with him being transported to the rear after the end of the match.
With Rey having apparently suffered an injury, many had hypothesized if his match would always take place.
While WWE has not yet made an official announcement concerning Rey’s status, the official WWE Twitter account was still advertising the Rey match with Grande Americano earlier during the day.
