The authorities ask for public help to identify and find the person or people who fatally stabbed a homeless there were two of us in a makeshift camp alongside Route 94.
Tyrice Jacquett, 50, was found dead in the transitory camp just south of the highway near North Avenue in Lemon Grove in the afternoon of August 27, 2023, according to the California Highway Patrol. The medical examiner’s office found his death a homicide.
