Report on Eagles injuries: Brandon Graham seems optimistic about playing in the Super Bowl

The Philadelphia Eagles held their first training in preparation for the Super Bowl Lix Thursday afternoon. Here is the latest news of injuries.

The Eagles listed 10 players in did not participate: Devonta Smith, Cam Jurgens, Landon Dickerson, Moro Ojomo, Kenny Gainwell, Dallas Goedert, Saquon Barkley, AJ Brown, Nolan Smith and Eli Ricks.

Devonta, Jurgens, Dickers, Ojomo and Gainwell all lacked training due to an injury. At this point, there is no indication that they do not seriously dyst not to adapt to the Super Bowl.

GOEDERT, BARKLEY and BROWN have the “rest” included in their designations. They will be ready to leave.

Nolan and Ricks missed training due to a disease.

The Eagles listed two players under a limited participation: Brandon Graham and Britain Covey.

The Eagles opened Graham’s training window to return from the injured reserve earlier Thursday. He was seen carrying a splint on his left arm during training. Addressing journalists in the locker room, Graham noted that he had only participated in individual exercises, but he could be accelerated for team exercises on Friday. Overall, Graham seemed optimistic about his chances of playing New Orleans. But we will always have to see how he is progressing in practice in next week.

Covey was again listed as limited. The main turnover of the Eagles clearance apparently has a chance to be activated for the Super Bowl. Especially if he is able to be a full participant in practice at some point before the match.

The Eagles listed two players in full participation: Brett Toth and CJ Uzomah.

Toth was spent in Full after being listed under DNP on Wednesday. It should be noted that it is the third central option behind Jurgens and Dickerson.

The Eagles opened the Ouzomah training window to come back from IR earlier on Thursday. It remains to be seen if they will activate it to have as a tight end instead of Ej Jenkins.
