Joe Douglas would be back to the Eagles.
Douglas was vice-president of the staff of players in Philadelphia from 2016 to his hiring as Director General of Jets in June 2019. Douglas’ mandate with the jets ended when he was dismissed during the 2024 season and Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer report that He will be back with the eagles.
According to the report, Douglas will have a senior screening role with the reign champions of the Super Bowl.
Douglas worked for the Ravens from 2000 to 2014 and had a brief passage with the Bears before going to the Eagles. He helped build the first champion of the franchise super bowl, but the jets were 32-68 during his stay with the team.
