Drew McIntyre has done some of the best work in his career in the past two years, especially by offering some of the best games he has ever had. Unfortunately, it was very expensive, including an in -depth list of injuries which he has never been able to recover completely.
Now he will have the chance to heal finally.
This is the word that comes out of Main Saturday evening event in Tampa, at least. Indeed, PW Insider reports that Damian Priest struck the con-chair on McIntyre to finish his match in steel cage at the NBC / Peacock Special was made as a television cancellation for McIntyre.
He should take “a prolonged leave” from WWE television. He has been working injured for a long time now, they say, something that the man himself confirmed during a recent interview when he told Orlando Sentinel that he could not even turn his head to the left.
If someone has saved time to rest, it’s McIntyre. Hopefully he is not absent for too long.
