Report: Cowboys offered Micah Parsons the biggest non-QB agreement in NFL history

The cowboys proposed to make Micah Parsons Non-pay the best paid in the history of the NFLClarence Hill of All City DLLS Reports.

Parsons and the owner Jerry Jones agreed with the agreement, by hill, which would go beyond contracts recently signed by Browns Edge Rusher Myles Garrett and the Bengal Receiver Ja’mar Chase.
