New Delhi: Based on the resounding success of its inaugural event in Mumbai, Hyrox, the global fitness phenomenon that mixes only in execution with functional training, today announced the opening of recordings for Hyrox Delhi. Fitness lovers throughout the national capital region and beyond can now register for the long-awaited race, which should take place on July 19, 2025 in Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Center).
Hyrox Delhi will take place in a massive area of 12,500 square meters in this world class space and promises to be an unrivaled fitness show.
Delhi’s race will provide the same electrifying atmosphere and the same accessible format which captivated 1650 participants and more than 1,200 spectators and supporters in Mumbai. Delhi participants will approach 8 x 1 km of cycles and 8 distinct functional fitness stations, testing their endurance, their versatile strength and physical shape.
The event offers categories for individuals (open and professional), in doubles and relay teams, ensuring competitive and engaging experience for people of all fitness levels. In particular, Mumbai’s race has seen the participation of a large age group, the oldest participant being 78 years old and the 16 youngest, highlighting the capacity of the format to offer a fitness race for all types of body and fitness.

The Mumbai event has also seen the participation of Puma – the official partners of clothing and shoes for the event. The athletes of Puma Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Suresh Singh Wangjam, Sahal Abdul Samad, Srihari Nataraj and Tejas Shirse noted the Hyrox Challenge, stressing how athletes of various disciplines consult this new challenge which combines the race and the functional fitness. This is a recognition of Hyrox’s ability to test a wide range of sporting skills beyond traditional training specific to sport.

The Delhi event will also offer qualification slots to the prestigious Hyrox world championships, which encourages competitive athletes to put their training in the ultimate test.
