Real Madrid defender Raul Asencio was accused of distribution of juvenile pornography, following an investigation.
The 22 -year -old is expected to face accusations after the end of a police investigation – as well as three former teammates of the real youth.
He is accused of having asked for a video filmed by Ferran Ruiz, Andres Martin and Juan Rodriguez in June 2023 who would have shown his teammates with sex with a woman and a minor, who were 18 and 16 years old at the time of the incident.
The accused players, who were all between 20 and 21 years old at the time, are now faced with potential accusations of distribution of juvenile pornography having shared the images on Whatsapp.
According to the court’s decision, the two women have symptoms in accordance with post-traumatic stress disorder, report AS, and the conclusions of the investigation will be sent to them to see if they will carry charges.
If this turns out to be the case, the prosecutor’s office can file a complaint and request a trial, or the prosecutor’s office can go ahead of his own will.

The judge of the High Court of Gran Canaria said that there was enough evidence to support the allegations of violation of privacy, the distribution of videos to third parties without the knowledge or the consent of the victims, the solicitation of a minor for pornographic purposes and the possession of juvenile pornography.
ASENCIO and the other three players were arrested after the alleged incident in 2003 and had their phones took by the police.
The authorities then confirmed that accusations were filed by the mother of the 16 -year -old girl for the alleged non -consensual shooting of her daughter.
Asencio tried to have his role in the case in February rejecting by putting an end to the investigation into his alleged role, but the judge decided to confirm the decision to make the lead with the investigation.

Last month, he told RTVE: “I think everyone is aware of what they are doing. For this reason, I am very calm.
