Real-life Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leak shows next flagship phone’s ultra-thin edges

Samsung is rumored to be holding its new Unpacked event later this month, with the possible date being January 22. Recent leaks have already given a good idea of what to expect from the upcoming flagship phones, and now a new leak has shown off the razor-thin edges of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

This leak comes from reliable leaker Ice Universe, and based on the real image of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it looks like the flagship phone will indeed feature ultra-thin bezels. Although the purported real photo doesn’t show the entire device, the portion shown also reveals the rumored rounded corners.

Of course, the shared image appears to be somewhat altered. To be more specific, the alleged real photo of the Galaxy S25 Ultra shows the right side of the device and there doesn’t seem to be any buttons. This shouldn’t be the case because the right side of the phone should have the volume rocker and power button.

Another strange aspect of this leaked photo is that Ice Universe appears to have deleted the post through which the leaker shared this photo. This is likely because the leaker didn’t want to deal with backlash from Samsung for leaking an actual image of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Regardless, a fair number of credible reports have already suggested that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have thinner bezels than its predecessor. Specifically, previous reports indicated that there would be a reduction of 30% or more in terms of frame thickness, and the latest generation flagship phone already has relatively thin bezels.

Another key aspect revealed by the alleged real image of the Galaxy S25 Ultra is a flat display. This, again, has already been reported by leakers. In any case, all these leaks should be taken with a healthy dose of salt, however credible they may be.
