The Ravens have reached a three-year contract extension with head coach John Harbaugh throughout the 2028 season
Harbaugh is one of the most successful and longest head coaches in the NFL, forging ravens as one of the powers of the league during its 17 seasons.
Only the Mike Tomlin of Pittsburgh Steelers (18 seasons) was with the same team longer among active chief coaches. Curly Lambeau (Packers) and Tom Landry (Cowboys) both trained their respective teams for 29 years.
Harbaugh, 62, is just as passionate and motivated as ever to lead Baltimore to a third Super Bowl and second in his mandate.
Anyway, Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in NFL history.
He is one of the five coaches in the history of the league to lead his team to the playoff series at least 12 times during his first 17 seasons, joining Pete Carroll, Bud Grant, Mike Holmgren and Mike McCarthy, who also did 12 times.
The 13 Harbaugh career victories are tied with Holmgren for the seventh more in the history of the NFL and tied to the fourth plus by a head coach during their first 17 seasons. Harbaugh has the greatest number of victories in the playoffs (eight) by a head coach in the history of the NFL.
RAVENS are consecutive champions of AFC North and will seek to become the first team to make a three peat in 2025. The RAVENS won six titles from AFC North under its direction. Harbaugh has a regular career record in a career of 172-104.
The Ravens reached four AFC title games under Harbaugh, especially in the 2023 season. Baltimore fell on the Bills in a hard -played match during the division qualifier tour last season.
The goal is to come back to the bump and another Super Bowl, and Harbaugh will be the man to show the way.
