Rapper Young Scooter – who worked with Future and Gucci Mane – died today for his birthday, confirmed TMZ.
Hip Hop Hip Hip (real name: Kenneth Edward Bailey) was declared dead on Friday at Grady Marcus Trauma Center in Atlanta after being brought to the hospital by emergency medical services from a place on the southeast side of the city, according to the Bureau of the County of Fulton.
The me said that the cause and the death method of the young scooter were still the subject of an investigation. An autopsy will be made to determine how he died.
Scooter obtained his first big break as a rapper in 2012 when he signed with Freebandz Freebandz from Future. In 2013, he collaborated with Gucci Mane on a mixtape entitled “Free Bricks 2” and published another mixtape the same year with guest apparitions from Gucci, Future, WG and Lil Boosie.
He also worked with Future and Juice WRLD on their 2018 song, “Jet Lag”, which struck the 100 best Billboard prize list.
The young scooter was 39 years old.
