Rapper Rips CNN For Asking Him About Diddy, Drinks Sexual Stimulant On Air During Wild Interview

Rapper Cam’ron drank a supplement before sex and wondered aloud why he was even booked during a bizarre CNN interview Monday about abuse allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs .

“Is there anything known in the industry about how Diddy treated his artists?” CNN’s Abby Phillip asked Cam’ron as the artist drank a libido supplement reportedly called “Pink Horse Power,” which he uses on his podcast.

“Sorry, I’m going to go get some cheeks after this Horse Power drink,” he said after he finished drinking and displayed the camera logo; “cheeks” is a crude reference to sex.

The drink Cam’ron consumes is “designed to enhance a man’s sexual intimacy by helping to improve stamina and libido,” according to the product’s website. He added that he doesn’t know Diddy as well as his podcast partner, 1990s rapper Ma$e.

Cam’ron was asked by Phillip, who seemed increasingly uncomfortable as the interview went on, about the controversy surrounding Diddy after a video surfaced of him beating his little then-friend Cassie Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016. At one point, Cam’ Ron was frustrated by his questions and wondered what he was doing on the show.

“Have you recognized this kind of anger, based on your experiences?” Phillip asked Cam’ron.

“I don’t know him like that. What do you mean, did I recognize him? I saw him. What do you mean by ‘experiences’? I saw him and I found that he “It was disgusting. I didn’t zoom in to see if it was really him or not, but he admitted it was him, so yes, it was him,” he said.

“Who is the talent agent for this joint?” Diddy asked later. “You think I’m sitting around watching what Diddy is doing? I didn’t know it was a Diddy restaurant that you all invited me to. Who booked me for this restaurant?”

Phillip ended the interview there.

Cam’ron hosts the popular podcast “It is What It is” with Ma$e. The duo used OJ Simpson as a sports correspondent for their podcast until his death earlier this year.

Diddy, a music mogul and record producer, apologized after video of the assault surfaced, saying he was “disgusted” with himself in a video he posted to social media.

“It’s so hard to reflect on the darkest times in your life. Sometimes you have to. I was screwed. I mean, I hit rock bottom. But I can’t make any excuses. My behavior in this video is inexcusable,” he said in a self-recorded message under a rattan roof posted on Instagram.

Cam’ron said he was “upset” by everything he saw in Diddy’s video.

“Everything in the video is blatant,” he said. “I do not support any of this trafficking, of minors, of domestic violence. I am totally against it.”

“(He) isn’t necessarily a friend,” Cam’ron said of his relationship with Diddy, “but yeah, I was upset when I saw him.”

But when asked to elaborate on Diddy’s reputation and behavior, Cam’ron became more evasive.
