Grammy-nominated rapper GloRilla reportedly suffered a major wardrobe malfunction after being arrested by police on Tuesday morning.
The “Blessed” singer, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was arrested and jailed in Gwinnett County, Georgia, on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports.
She was also arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an open container of alcoholic beverage.
According to the media outlet, the arresting officer said the rapper’s “chest had slipped out from under his clothes” during the check.
In the police report obtained by the outlet, officers stopped GloRilla after she allegedly made an illegal U-turn at a red light at 4 a.m.
Police said the musician’s car smelled of alcohol and marijuana. She allegedly admitted to having consumed an alcoholic drink earlier in the evening.
GloRilla was then asked to submit to a series of sobriety tests, all of which she allegedly failed.
The “Yeah Glo” singer was unable to follow a target with his eyes or balance on one leg when asked to exit his vehicle.
The outlet noted that she also refused to take a breathalyzer test, after which she was taken into custody.
The 24-year-old was reportedly booked shortly after 6 a.m. with her bail amount set at $1,956, authorities told Atlanta’s WSB-TV.
She was released on bail a few hours later.

Since launching her rap career in 2022, GloRilla has come to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the genre, including Cardi B, Ciara, and Megan Thee Stallion.
The Tennessee native became a 2023 Grammy-nominated artist in the Best Rap Performance category for her track “FNF (Let’s Go),” released the previous year.
The rapper is set to take the stage at Atrium Health Amphitheater in Macon, Georgia on Saturday night.
She is also set to join three-time Grammy winner Megan Thee Stallion on her “Hot Girl Summer” tour which kicks off in May.
GloRilla’s name made headlines in March 2023 after three concertgoers died in a stampede at his rap concert in Rochester, New York.
“I am devastated and heartbroken by the tragic deaths that occurred after Sunday’s show,” she wrote on social media at the time.
“My fans mean everything to me 😢 praying for their families and a speedy recovery for everyone affected 🙏🏽.”
