Rajat saves Savi’s life; discovers her past with Ishaan

In tonight’s episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Rajat visits a temple to pray fervently for Savi, who is battling between life and death in the hospital after a car accident. When he arrives, he notices a faithful woman climbing the steps on her knees. Curious, he asks another devotee about the ritual and learns that the woman is fulfilling a wish made to the goddess after praying for her son’s recovery and safe return from the hospital. Inspired, Rajat climbs the steps on his knees, praying fervently for Savi’s recovery. Despite his bleeding knees, memories of Savi’s unwavering support motivate him to continue. Once he reaches the temple, he sincerely prays and takes a sacred thread for Savi’s well-being.

At the hospital, Rajat asks the nurse to tie the thread on Savi’s wrist. The nurse notices his injured knees and insists on treating him first, but Rajat prioritizes Savi’s health. Reluctantly, she ties the sacred thread to Savi’s wrist. Soon after, Savi’s vital signs begin to fluctuate, prompting the nurse to call the doctor.

As Savi’s condition deteriorates, the doctor rushes in with a defibrillator to stabilize her. Rajat, overcome with despair, thinks that his prayers have failed. However, Savi’s vital signs suddenly stabilize, leaving the doctor amazed at the miraculous recovery. He informs everyone that Savi is now out of danger but will need to be closely monitored. Relieved, Rajat and the family heave a sigh of relief.

Meanwhile, Sai arrives at the hospital, desperately begging to see Savi and repeatedly asking Isha and Bhagyashree about her condition. Isha tries to calm Sai down, assuring him that Savi is resting. However, Sai firmly states that she will not leave the hospital and will wait until Savi wakes up. Isha gently guides her to sit, prompting Rajat to walk away quietly.

As Rajat tries to leave, Sai notices him and quickly approaches. She asks him about his visit to the temple and the sacred thread. Rajat admits that he went to the temple to pray for Savi and brought the sacred thread to her. When Sai asks if he had tied it to Savi’s wrist, Rajat confirms that he asked the nurse to do it. Hearing this, Sai remarks that it must be the divine power of the thread that worked its magic and led to Savi’s recovery. Later, Sai, along with the rest of the family, expresses concern over his injuries. Bhagyashree takes Sai to see Savi while the nurse again urges Rajat to seek treatment. A deeply distressed Tara begs Rajat to treat her wounds, but he dismisses her concerns, saying that her pain is nothing compared to the injury he caused Savi. Shantanu observes Rajat’s quiet remorse and change of heart.

Later, the doctor informs the family that Savi has regained consciousness and that they can visit her. The family gathers around Savi, relieved to see her awake and stable. Outside, Anubhav stops Rajat from entering the room, urging him to treat his wounds instead. Inside, Sai confronts Savi about her negligence on the road, while Isha gently scolds her for not prioritizing her health. Determined to stay close to her, Sai decides to spend the night alongside Savi. Meanwhile, Mrunmayee hands Shantanu a set of medical records, mentioning his inability to locate the Mediclaim file. Seizing the opportunity, Shantanu deliberately asks Rajat to help him find Savi’s file and orders him to examine a particular document.

As Rajat examines the files, he discovers that Savi has already been shot. Stunned, he confronts Shantanu, who reveals that Savi was shot the same day she married his son. Overwhelmed by guilt and curiosity, Rajat begs Shantanu to share the whole story, regretting that he never took the time to understand his wife’s tragic past.

Initially hesitant, Shantanu eventually gives in to Rajat’s insistence and begins to narrate Savi’s journey. It begins on the day he first met her, a determined young woman from Ramtek who came to his college with a dream of becoming an IAS officer, a goal cherished by her parents. Shantanu narrates the series of struggles Savi faced during her college years, the heartbreak of losing her family and the eventual joy of marrying Ishaan. However, tragedy struck again when she lost Ishaan, plunging her into a life of lasting hardship.

Shantanu reflects on how love always seemed to elude Savi, leaving her life scarred by heartbreak. Consumed by remorse, Rajat deeply regrets his past behavior and laments that Savi never confided in him his fondest dream of becoming an IAS officer.
