With their second of the three choices in the sixth round, the Las Vegas raiders selected the recipient Tommy Mellott from the Montana State.
Mellott is the second prospect FCS that the raiders wrote this year. He won the Walter Payton Prize in 2024, awarded to the best offensive player in all FCS football. The FCS All-American also worked as a receiver as a professional day, potentially changing positions at the next level.
Last season, he launched for 2,138 yards with a touched / interception ratio of 22: 1.
