Las Vegas raiders have completed their coaches staff by announcing their new rental. Pete Carroll went to the ranks of the college to find his new attacking coordinator. He hires Chip Kelly from Ohio State to direct the silver and black offensive.
Kelly had a race in the NFL with the Eagles of Philadelphia and the 49ers of San Francisco as a chief coach. He started hot, with raid fans remembering the seven -keys game of Nick Foles. However, he collapsed when he took control, exchanging key players, then did 2-14 with the 49ers.
Return to NFL: the former Eagles HC Chip Kelly is hired as the offensive coordinator of the raiders, by me and @Pethamel.

He then returned to the UCLA, having a moderate success and rebuilt the program. Kelly left to become the coordinator of the Ohio State offensive and helped lead the team to a national championship in 2024. This could be the reason why Carroll brought it back to the NFL.
With Kelly on board, Raiders coach staff are ready to go and start building for the 2025 season. Hopefully Kelly is not the head coach will allow him to focus on creating a program that can succeed in the NFL. Kliff Kingsbury is an example of a coach who has better performed in an OC than a head coach. For raiders, they would need the same result.
