Rachel “Raquel” Léviss takes steps toward healing.
THE Vanderpump Rules one alum shared that she got sober and was prioritizing her fitness in an effort to improve her mental health after the show’s Scandoval cheating saga last year.
“I got into hot yoga,” she said E! News at the iHeartradio Music Awards, broadcast April 1. “I do Pilates, I hike, I just stay really active, so my mind doesn’t spin.”
Leviss also works to “create good community,” which involves cutting out substances. “I’ve been sober for almost a year. I’ll be sober for a year on Wednesday,” she noted. “So it’s a huge accomplishment. And I’m really, really proud of how far we’ve come.”
Another positive change for the 29-year-old – who began a two-month stay in a psychiatric health facility in April 2023 – was avoiding catastrophic posts on Instagram by unfollowing several accounts, “at the “Except for a few who are a little more biased in my favor, because I like to at least know that my voice is heard.”
