Former ‘Bachelorette’ Rachel Lindsay is fighting back against her ex-husband’s demand for tons of spousal support…but she’s willing to cough up nearly five figures each month.

According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the Bachelor Nation personality and podcaster claims that given what they each make per month, she should reduce her income. Bryan Abasolo a monthly check for $9,882 in spousal support.

In the documents, Rachel says she earns $61,019 per month…and she calculates her gross monthly income at $13,413 from her job as a chiropractor.

As we reported, Bryan is request spousal support and claims he only made $16,000 in all of 2023 – but here Rachel says she finds that figure hard to believe and claims he also receives income from social media.

Rachel also claims that Bryan refuses to move out of their house and has not paid his fair share of house expenses since he filed for divorce.

Bryan divorce papers filed in January, and now Rachel says he told her about filing the complaint via text message — just 30 minutes after they had an in-person conversation where he never brought it up.

Rachel regretted not getting a prenuptial agreement, and now it’s clear why.
