Quentin Tarantino explained why he deleted the plans to make his scenario “The Movie Critic”, which would have marked his 10th film – and his last, if he holds his promise of several years that he will cease to classify the features to this leader.

Brad Pitt had been thrown into a main role, leading to speculation that the star resumes his role “Once Upon a Time” by Cliff Booth. Tarantino said there were no characters divided between the two stories, although he called “The Movie Critic” a “spiritual suite”. He also suggested that he could return to the project if he changes his mind on this subject, because he is already written.

In the meantime, Tarantino plans to open a room on the West End in London in 2026 before working on his 10th feature film (and allegedly final).
