“Companies have been proactive about COVID for self-preservation purposes, but in most organizations there will always be people who are anti-vaccine and those kinds of people put their heels in the ground and say “I’m not getting vaccinated,” Beshara adds.

He says this puts businesses in a very difficult position.
“The job market is pretty tough and companies are struggling to find candidates, so they will take them by any means possible if they are qualified to do the job – and then worry about how they are going to handle more. late, ”he explains.
