The pro-life Kelsey Grammer regrets not talking more when his 1974 girlfriend had an abortion.
The actor explained how two of his previous partners had abortions in his new memories, “Karen: a brother remembers”, who is centered on the brutal rape and the murder of his younger sister.
“I know that many people have no problem with abortion, and although I have supported him in the past, he eats my soul,” wrote the star of “breaking”, 70 years old.
Grammer continues to explain that, while he was studying at Juilliard School in 1974, his living girlfriend fell pregnant.
Although he told him that he was “disposed” to keep the baby, he wrote: “I never wanted her to accuse me of not wanting to have the child, but I did not plead him to save his life.”
“I have argued the idea that a woman has the right to do what she wants with her own body. I always do it. But it was difficult for me.
The Emmy winner also admits that he believes that a woman has an autonomy on their own body, but adds: “The right of a child to exist? Of course. The life.”
“Six months before my sister’s slaughter, I volunteered so that my son’s body was inspired by her mother. I regret it, ”he noted, referring to his sister, Karen, who died in 1975 at 18.
He then criticized the “so-called doctors, who executed generations of children in this way”.
“I have no idea how they are called doctors. But I don’t offer any controversy, ”he adds.
Years later, Grammer faced the same decision when his current fourth and wife, Kayte Walsh, was pregnant with fraternal twins.
At 13 weeks old, the male fetus bags broke up and “so-called doctors” told the couple that “their continuous growth without the safety of its amniotic fluid would surely kill it”.
Under the threat that the potential flight would probably kill the female fetus, the duo decided to interrupt the male. Kayte then secured a girl named Faith.
“We killed him. Our son. We killed our Son so that faith can live. We cried while looking at his heart stop. I saw. It is the greatest pain I have known, ”he wrote.
The former “Cheers” welcomed seven children with four different women, including two with Camille Grammer “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”.
He previously admitted that he had “failures” as a parent, including a distance from his eldest daughter, Spencer.
