Prince William shares first social media post weeks after Kate Middleton’s diagnosis
Prince William is back in business.
Almost a month later Kate Middleton After announcing that she had been diagnosed with cancer and had begun preventative chemotherapy, the Prince of Wales returned to his official royal duties, visiting the Surplus to Supper food bank and a youth center near the west London and Surrey on April 18.
William’s royal outing comes a week after he joined his and Kate’s eldest son. Prince George, 10, during the UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-final between Aston Villa and Lille OSC at Villa Park in Birmingham. George, wearing an Aston Villa scarf, was spotted cheering for the football club alongside his father.
Kensington Palace first announced that Kate, who also shares children, Princess Charlotte8, and Prince Louis, 5 years old, with William – had undergone abdominal surgery scheduled for January. But little news was provided until the Princess of Wales released a video in March giving an insight into her health battle.
