In fact, the Love is blind former student – who is expecting twins with her fiancé Jesse Sullivan– keeps her subscribers up to date on her pregnancy, even taking them for her last ultrasound.
“Come with us to see our little twin babies,” Fracnesca said in a May 1 TikTok. “I still can’t believe this is real and this is happening and I literally have twins in my stomach.”
The 31-year-old explained that because she conceived her twins through IVF, her pregnancy is “double high risk”, meaning she needs an ultrasound every two weeks.
“Which is great,” she exclaimed. “Because we see the babies every two weeks.”
In the video, Francesca showed off 2D images from her ultrasound, giving fans a glimpse of the two babies in her belly.
“Can you see this little baby?” Francesca flourishes. “It literally has a head, legs, arms, a heartbeat – it moves – do you see the little movements? Oh, my God.”
