Potbelly’s Popular ‘Underground Menu’ Sandwich Returns for a Limited Time – NBC Chicago

Bowing to frequent fan requests, Chicago-based sandwich chain Potbelly is reviving the most popular sandwich on its secret “underground menu” for a limited time starting next week.

The “Clubby” won’t be available on the Potbelly app until May 29, with the item the channel calls a “unique take on the traditional club sandwich” making its long-awaited return.

The sandwich features roasted turkey breast, applewood-smoked bacon, hickory-smoked ham and provolone cheese, all topped with buttermilk ranch, lettuce and tomato.

Plus, members of the Potbelly Perks rewards program who take advantage of a Clubby anytime from May 29 through June 4 will receive a free original-size sandwich on their next visit.
