Hee Sung “Jamie” Park deposited in Los Angeles, noting that their child has lived only with her since November 2024
The former post Malone, whose name was kept private for years, has custked their two-year-old daughter on Wednesday, according to a document obtained by Roller Friday.
In the file, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park asked for the superior court of Los Angeles, asking for their daughter’s main physical guard and referring to her child with post Malone only by his initials, DDP. According to documents, Park also requests joint legal custody and is willing to give visiting rights to Malone. The deposit requests that Malone covers the legal costs associated with the change of childcare.
A separate and related folder seen by Roller Shows on the park that their child lives only with her since November 2024. Before that, Park writes that their daughter had lived with both parents between her birth on May 26, 2022 and November 2024.
A representative of Malone and a Park lawyer did not immediately respond to RollerComment request.
Last August, Post Malone spoke to CBS on Sunday morning and explained how their daughter had an impact on her life and career. Paternity, he said at the time, “changes your life in the best way of all time. And the most beautiful thing is that she has a beautiful mother.”
Malone said at the time that his daughter and mother had saved her life. “Four years ago, I was on a rugged path,” he said. “It was terrible.”
In September 2023, Malone told CR Fashion Book that he preferred to keep his family away and his personal relations from the projectors. “I have the impression that many people feel in the right to know every detail in everyone’s life and that is why I do not want to publish photos of my baby, because I want her to make this decision when she wants and is ready,” he said at the time.
