Shuefuab Xiong was reported missing last week in Apple Valley.
ST PAUL, Minn. — A man who went missing last week while working as a pizza delivery driver has died, St. Paul police said.
Shuefaub Xiong, 42, was reported missing from Apple Valley on January 14. Police searched the areas where he was to make deliveries but were unable to find him, but they believe he approached someone to use their phone to make a call.
Apple Valley police reported Monday that Xiong’s car was found in Superior, Wisconsin, and authorities then said they feared he was experiencing a mental health crisis.
On Tuesday, St. Paul police said they responded to a 911 call shortly after noon saying Xiong was in the city and experiencing a crisis. Police say his family tried to get him outside to get help. Authorities say Xiong committed suicide.
