Prime Minister Narendra filed his appointment with Varanasi de l’Uttar Pradesh for the Lok Sabha 2024 elections on Tuesday.

The city of the Temple of Varanasi was all adorned before the process of depositing the appointment of the PM Modi.
Before depositing his appointment, the Prime Minister visited the temple of Kaal Bhairav and offered prayers at Dasaswamedh Ghat.

Varanasi is one of the 80 districts of the Uttar Pradesh. A bastion of the BJP, the city will go to the polls on June 1 during the seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
The constituency will attend a closely viewed competition between the BJP Modi PM, Ajay Rai of the Congress and the Bahujan Samajwadi Party athar Jamal Lari. In particular, Shyam Rangela, the actor who became a politician who is widely known for his identity theft of Prime Minister Modi, will also come up against the Prime Minister as an independent candidate.
Varanasi’s district includes five assembly segments: Rohaniya, Varanasi North, Varanasi South, Varanasi Cantt and Sevapuri.
During the previous elections, Prime Minister Modi won a landslide victory in the city, obtaining 674,664 votes with a margin of 479,505.
