Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a post-planche offer for the Maharashtra NCP-SP chief Sharad Pawar. Modi invited Pawar to join his hands with the NCP of his nephew and Shiv Sena of chief Minister Eknath Shinde, both in alliance with the Bharatiya Janata party in the state.

Instead of “dying” by merging with the Congress, Prime Minister Modi advised Pawar to unite with Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde after the Lok Sabha elections.

Meanwhile, Pawar was quick to reject PM Modi’s offer saying that he could not ally with someone who takes an “anti-Muslim” position.
