National security analysts Mark Toth and Colonel (ret.) Jonathan E. Sweet warned that Trump administration policies harm America’s interests.
In an editorial entitled “America is losing Trade Wars” published Thursday in The Hill, Toth and Sweet criticized the administration of its “self -destructive approach”, saying that it “will not make America again great”.
“On the contrary, if it is not controlled, it could lead to the partial or complete destruction of American economic and military power,” they wrote.

Toth is a veteran commentator on national security and Sweet served 30 years as an army intelligence officer.
Analysts said that the first war that the administration is losing is “the only Russian president Vladimir Putin said against the West when he invaded Ukraine”.
