Philippe Diallo was reappointed president of the French Football Federation (FFF) on Saturday, beating Pierre Samsonoff. It plans to increase the amateur football budget from 100 to 150 million euros annually by 2028, and to develop women’s football, aiming to double the number of licenses in five years.
