Scottie Scheffler heads to the driving range

Just a few days ago, Scheffler’s Friday shooting session was perhaps the most-watched pre-round workout of all time following his return from prison.

What’s with the 13th hole there? First we have that Tosti drive, now we have Jordan Smith ripping a wedge shot off the fairway to make eagle and move to five under for the day.

Tommy Fleetwood has a day

With one fault (one bogey out of two), the Englishman has three birdies and an eagle as he prepares to close the first nine. He currently sits at seven under for the tournament and four under for the day.
