A woman who sent videos of herself passing the wind in a series of harassing messages to the former partner of her boyfriend received a community order.
The 25 -year -old Rhiannon Evans store worker from Mountain Street in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, pleaded guilty to having followed a driving rising to harassment.
The prosecutors told the city magistrates how in the first inappropriate “inappropriate video” of Evans, she “proceeds to the gas by placing the camera on her buttocks and passing the gas”.
She sent three other Pet selfies to Deborah Prytherch via WhatsApp on December 22, heard the court, and four others in the following days showing “Miss Evans spending the wind, a smiling face on the camera”, heard magistrates.
Evans was warned after the police were windy, but she sent other messages on boxing and New Years.
Evans was arrested at his home, admitted to having sent the videos and received a 12 -month -old community order and fines.
“She suggested that she wanted to send videos because she thought her partner was treated unfairly,” said prosecutor Diane Williams.
“It was purely malicious.
“She was smiling throughout, found it hilarious, but the victim did not do it.”
Ms. Prytherch said in a statement: “I would like to feel safe at home.”
Evans had a difficult education, was informed of the court and would have mental health problems.
A probation agent said that she had been in a relationship for two years and that there was “bad blood” with the former partner of her boyfriend.
Harriet Gorst, in defense, said: “There are problems between the partner of Miss Evans and her ex-partner with regard to children’s contacts.
“As she sent these videos, she drank drinks and sent them, now understanding that this caused the victim a certain distress.
“She sent them without malicious intention.”
The magistrates imposed 15 rehabilitation sessions, 60 days of surveillance of alcohol abstinence and a two -year ban order against the victim’s contact.
Evans must pay £ 100 of remuneration and £ 199.
