A 51 -year -old man was struck and killed by a 2016 Toyota Camry while crossing the street outside a pedestrian crossing in the Midway district in San Diego, police announced on Saturday.
Friday, the police of San Diego responded at 10:57 p.m. to block 3400 on Boulevard Sports Arena where they learned that the victim had been struck by Toyota, who was led by a 22 -year -old man, as the victim was walking from South Curbline to North Curbline, SDPD officer David O’Brien.
The pedestrian entered the Toyota path and was taken to the hospital, where he was declared dead, police said.
According to the police, the speed and driving under the influence have been determined not to be factors in the collision.
The ministry’s traffic division manages the investigation into the collision and anyone with information that concerns him was invited to call 858-495-7800 or crime caps at 888-580-8477.
