Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany shares adorable throwback high school photo and baby-faced Chiefs QB looks unrecognizable

Patrick Mahomes has come a long way since high school.

Once upon a time, the Kansas City Chiefs superstar was a budding quarterback at Whitehouse High School in Texas who also flirted with professional baseball.

Since then, Mahomes has been on the path to greatness, collecting Super Bowl rings and MVP awards while slowly continuing Tom Brady’s legacy as the NFL GOAT.

Brittany, Mahomes’ high school sweetheart, has seen it all and has been by her husband’s side throughout his glorious journey to the pinnacle of professional football.

Recently, the 28-year-old mother of two shared a photo of the adorable couple in high school and reflected on their 12-year relationship together.

“Who would have thought that 12 years later we would be here! “”Brittany wrote on her Instagram story.

“This life with you,” she added with a teary-eyed and heart emoji, and tagging her professional soccer player husband.

The first image showed Brittany grabbing a moody-looking Patrick’s cheeks during a recent family photo shoot.

The second included the famous couple during their high school days in Texas, on what appears to be game day.

Pat looks just as pessimistic in the throwback photo as a fresh-faced Brittany proudly shows off her braces and grabs her cheeks.

Young Patrick doesn’t have all the facial hair he grew as an adult, and his short haircut is a far cry from the curly brown locks fans have become accustomed to seeing.

Pat and Brittany have been together since those early days and were married in Maui in 2022.

Brittany had a brief soccer career, first at the University of Texas at Tyler, where she scored 31 career goals, the second most in program history, before joining Icelandic club L ‘UMF Afturelding.

She eventually gave up her career and now makes a living as a personal trainer while playing a key role as an investor in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) franchise, Kansas City Current.

Brittany, who became friends with Taylor Swift at Chiefs games last season, is extremely active on social media and often offers fans a glimpse into Mahomes’ family life.

Over Easter, she showed how she and Patrick spent time with their little ones, Sterling, 3, and Patrick “Bronze,” 15 months.

They participated in an egg hunt and she wished her followers a “Happy Easter.”

This comes after Brittany recently shared the diet “secret” to Patrick’s Super Bowl success with the Chiefs.

KC won its third Super Bowl title of the Andy Reid era in February after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in Super Bowl LVIII.

The Chiefs became the first team since the 2004 New England Patriots to win back-to-back Lombardi Trophies and can win an unprecedented three-peat next season.

They’ve already made bold moves to achieve this and recently added a former Super Bowl-winning QB to their ranks.
