Pasadena police have killed a dog by responding to an incident involving a woman on Tuesday evening.
At around 9 p.m., the city’s police service responded to a woman’s report lying on the ground with a raging dog near South Hudson Avenue and the Boulevard de California is, according to CBS News.
The point of sale said that the police said that the woman was making “incoherent declarations” and that the dog accused one of the officers before animal control officials or the fire service can go to the scene.
The police pulled and killed the dog, according to CBS News. The woman was hospitalized for evaluation and no other injury has been reported.
On Thursday, the Pasadena police service did not respond to the requests for comments from the Times.
