Paddy Pimblett posts funny footage of his live reaction to ‘f***ing legend’ Max Holloway’s last-gasp KO at UFC 300
Paddy Pimblett was stunned like every fan watching UFC 300.
The lightweight fighter shared live footage of his reaction when Max Holloway brutally knocked out Justin Gaethje in the final second of their BMF title fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Pimblett’s amusing footage begins with him praising Holloway for standing and trading with Gaethje in the final moments of their fight, despite being on the scorecards.
“He’s a savage,” he said with an excited little laugh.
Moments later, “The Baddy” is seen with his mouth hanging open after watching Holloway deliver a forehand that sends Gaethje crashing face-first to the ground.
Pimblett shouts “Oh my God” and covers his mouth with both hands.

The 29-year-old scouser repeats the same phrase three times before adding: “That’s one of the sickest knockouts I’ve ever seen in my life.”
“Max Holloway, you fucking legend!”
“Oh my God! Boy, he gets $600,000.
UFC CEO Dana White usually hands out several $50,000 bonuses after his events, but he revealed four $300,000 bonuses will be in play at UFC 300.
Naturally, Holloway received a bonus for scoring the best knockout of the show, but he also banked an additional $300,000 – as Pimblett predicted – when White called his clash with Gaethje a fight of the night.
The UFC boss was as excited as everyone else after the fight.
“It was incredible,” White said at a news conference.
“This fight sucked the life out of everyone tonight. The next two fights, everyone was sitting there looking dead, it was a huge adrenaline rush.
“People always ask me what I do, I sell sacred moments for a living.
“It was the ultimate holy shit moment ever. If you were at home, if you were at a bar, or if you were live tonight, there’s no bigger shit than that.
“That’s why Max Holloway is loved – and Gaethje. How many times have you seen a fight when you know the guy is winning, they click the ten second thing, then the guy throws his hands up and just moves?
“He won the fight and he’s there with one of the most fucking dangerous fighters in the business and he says ‘let’s do this’ and they both oblige.
“There’s one second left and a knockout like that is like shit at the movies.”
