Paddy Pimbett documents his drastic weight cut in front of the UFC 314 with daily visits to scale
In a new video on his YouTube channel, entitled: “ How I lost 40 pounds for the UFC 314 ‘, Paddy Pimbelett weighed on the camera every day of his camp.
The first checking check in the video seven weeks before its co-pruning event competition sees a Pimbett clock in 190 pounds, after having already started its calories counting diet.
A week later and Pimbett expressed his frustration after his weight had dropped only by less than 3 pounds, declaring that he will have his last cheating meal before becoming even more strict.
After slowly dropping the 180 pound mark, his process was slightly disturbed by a quick trip to Las Vegas for the press conference, but once it came back, the weight really started to move.

With two and a half weeks to travel, Pimbett walked on the scale at just under 175 pounds, which had lost four additional pounds at the time of his last combat session at 10 days.
48 hours to play until the weighing period and “The Baddy” was happy to be on the right track with what he weighed in the past after reading 170 pounds on the UFC scale.
After his latest training sessions and a cut of water which included a seat in the bath and lying in a towel blanket, the weight of Pimbett at night before the official Pesins was 157.2, which means that it would probably be in weight without additional cut once it woke up on Friday morning.
Pimbett and his coach reflected that it was one of his easiest weight cuts in total.
Paddy Pimbett’s physique was a huge factor against Michael Chandler at UFC 314
Michael Chandler may be towards the end of his career, but it is undeniable that he is always a phenomenal athlete who takes his preparations incredibly seriously.
While Chandler could be the ultimate professional with regard to his diet and his training, Paddy Pimbett had a significant advantage when the two men entered the octagon.
“ The Baddy ” continued to develop his skills during his UFC race, but his physique was also a large part of the improvements he has made.
Thanks to his strict diet with the help of his team, Pimbett has become one of the most imposing contenders in the division despite his eating habits after his fights.
