Daniel Farke insists that Leeds United became relentless in pursuing the promotion of the Premier League after a vital victory at Oxford kept them at the top of the table.
A strike from Manor Salomon’s 33rd minute saw Leeds stretching their undefeated race for seven games and at the top of the table on the difference in goals.
The victory means that Leeds only needs five points in their three remaining championship games to end their absence of two years of the elite.
Leeds’ boss, Farke, admits that he will not allow his players to have fun too after the victory and put his team to stay focused before running.
Farke said: “This league is relentless, all the upcoming games will be difficult, you must become relentless and that’s what we are for the moment but we must continue.
“We have a chance to create something really special, but we have to earn more points.

“ We have victories consecutive to a time of crisis, which is always good, we are in good position but nothing has yet been done.
“You have to keep your nerve and if you want to succeed in this league, you must fight for each point in this division.
“If we allow ourselves to have fun or be too proud, we will have nothing to encourage.
“If we continue in this focus, concentrated and committed when we are certainly good luck to have something to encourage in May.”
Oxford has missed the chance to win consecutive League games for the first time since January.
The U’s is five points from the fall area and the boss Gary Rowett will not allow his team to relax until his teams are mathematically safe.
Rowett said, “We just couldn’t find a moment, we are proud of how we have manipulated.
“We still need results, we need results until it is mathematically impossible for anyone to catch us, we must make sure to do our side of work.
“What we cannot do is that we cannot allow this result to mean that we do not have the same energy in the next game, everything is still to play.
“We must continue to continue and continue to get results and treat each game as if it was the most important game of our season.”
The closest to Oxford came to score saw Cameron Brannagan Force Karl Darlow in Save Low Down to his left inside the first 10 minutes.
However, Leeds broke the dead end with his first significant effort to the goal while Solomon presented the Jayden Bogle Basse Cross to the House to the rear post from five yards.
Visitors seemed to be the only team likely to score subsequently while Junior Firpo made a shot on the crossbarming bar at a distance.
A few moments later, Firpo rises Wilfried Gnonto on the edge of the penalty zone while the latter wrapped a blow just in front of the post.
Leeds almost finished the victory late while the dragged shot of Ao Tanaka struck the base of the post and rolled on the side of the goal.
