Openai continues Elon Musk to say that he tried “constantly” to slow down his business to his advantage.
The company accuses Tesla’s boss of using “bad faith tactics” against Openai to help him control the technology of the cutting AI.
Last year, Mr. Musk continued the CEO of Openai, Sam Altman, in order to prevent him from modifying his business structure. Mr. Musk co -founded Openai with Mr. Altman, but left several years ago.
The BBC approached its lawyer for an answer to the Openai trial, which was filed on Wednesday.
The counter-combination opens a new front in the battle with high issues between two heavy goods vehicles of Silicon Valley.
“Elon’s non -stop actions against us are only bad faith tactics to slow OpenAI and take control of the main AI innovations for its personal benefit,” Openai said in a statement on Wednesday. “Today we have contradicted to stop it.”
Last week, a federal judge in Oakland, California, set a date of trial in March 2026 in Mr. Musk’s trial with the aim of acid the legal struggle.

She also said that she expected Mr. Musk to testify in the case.
Mr. Musk alleges that Optaai moved away from his founding mission as a non -profit organization to develop an AI for the benefit of humanity and is therefore under contract.
He left the company in 2018.
