One person died in rain-related incidents in Andhra Pradesh and more than 1,000 people were accommodated in relief camps following heavy rains under the influence of Cyclone ‘Manous’, in some districts of south of the state. SPSR Nellore and Tirupati districts were on alert due to the possibility of flash floods in minor rivers – Kandaleru, Maneru and Swarnamuki.
