Olympic gymnast MyKayla Skinner is expecting her first baby with Jonas Harmer

MyKayla Skinner is balance beaming with joy for a particular reason.

The Olympic silver medalist and her husband, American ninja warrior competitor Jonas Harmerrevealed that they were expanding their family.

“Surprise!!! We’ve kept it a top secret and we can’t believe we’re going to be parents!” The pair wrote in a joint Instagram on March 25. “We are so excited for this new chapter and we couldn’t be more blessed….”

Not only did the couple share what they’re expecting, but also when their little one is expected to arrive. They wrote, “The newest member of the family, baby Harmer, will arrive in September 2023.”

MyKayla and Jonas paired the post with some snaps for a photoshoot they did with ultrasounds. In some photos, Jonas and MyKayla are seen posing with the ultrasound images surrounded by rainbow confetti. For the occasion, MyKayla donned a white dress with puff sleeves paired with matching heels. Meanwhile, Jonas wore a blue button-up shirt with black pants and brown shoes.
