Olivia Munn calls Blue Origin Space Flight ‘Gluttonous’

Olivia Munn shares her reflections on the Blue Origin’s entirely female space expedition.

The rocket company, owned by Jeff Bezos, gathered a team that includes Katy Perry, Gayle King and Lauren Sanchez to embark on a space flight on April 14.

“What are they doing? Like, why? ” Munn said during the discussion with co-host Jenna Bush Hager. “Do you know what I mean? I know it’s probably not the cool thing to say, but there are so many other things that are so important in the world at the moment. What are you going to do in space?”

When Bush Hager noted that women should be in space for 11 minutes, Munn joked: “Then you are, like Magic Mountain.”

“And by the way, if you want to go in space, why do you need to tell us about it? You know right there, have a good time, go down. In addition, I just think of-I know it’s probably odious but it’s so much money to go to space. There are a lot of people who can’t even afford eggs. Oh my God, if they bring eggs!”
