Nykaa CFO Arvind Agarwal resigns

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which operates under the Nykaa brand, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Arvind Agarwal, has resigned from the company.

Arvind Agarwal joined Nykaa from Amazon in July 2020 and is among the Key Management Personnel (KMP) who managed the company’s initial public offering.

“Arvind Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, will be leaving the company, effective close of business hours on November 25, 2022, to pursue other opportunities in the digital economy and start-up space. up,” Nykaa said in a regulatory filing.

“Arvind Agarwal is to be commended for the pivotal role he played in the emergence of Nykaa as a listed and profitable start-up. Although we regret losing him, we are aware of his personal dreams and he good luck,” FSN E- Falguni Nayar, Founder and Chairman of Commerce Ventures.

The company is in the process of appointing a new chief financial officer, the filing adds.
