HARRISON, NJ (CBSNewYork / AP) – Jáder Obrian scored twice to help FC Dallas tie New York City FC 3-3 on Tuesday night.
Dallas (6-10-9) has lost just one of its last six away games, with three draws. New York City (10-8-5) saw their seven-game home winning streak interrupted. The seven-game streak was a club record.
Dallas’ only lead came in the fourth minute when Obrian took advantage of a defensive error and easily sent him to the back of the net at close range. Dallas equalized at 2 in the 63rd when Jesus Ferreira passed Ricardo Pepi’s through-ball defense and sent goalkeeper Sean Johnson diving the wrong way. Obrian equalized at 3 with a shot from the corner from the 6-yard box from Johnson’s hand.

For New York, Maximiliano Morález equalized 1 in the 20th minute by sending home the back pass from Jesús Medina. In the 57th, Medina sent a rebound from Morález’s shot for a 2-1 lead and Talles Magno scored his first MLS goal in the 68th.
