Norway releases a Russian purpose ship after an investigation into cable damage

A Norwegian and Russian ship to the ship that the authorities suspected of suspecting damage to an underwater fiber optic cable connecting Latvia and the Swedish island of Gotland was released.

The Bulgarian owner of this ship said it was possible that the Vezhen accidentally caused the break of a cable, but rejected any possibility of sabotage or any other action from the crew.
