UnitedHealth Group is faced with a staggering situation loss in his market value following the sudden murder of the former CEO.

Thompson, who first joined the healthcare company in 2004 and became its CEO in 2021, was 50 years old when he was shot twice in the back and once in the leg on the morning of December 4, 2024.
